Above and Beyond Expectations
Even though this is not a recent job, I still felt the need to share this review. This company installed a furnace for a relative of mine, and saying that they definitely went above and beyond what anyone would expect a company to do would be an understatement. I do believe the main issue was this relative had buyer's remorse which was not the company’s fault. However, Mr. Baker did everything in his power to resolve the 'issues,' but as soon as one was resolved, then there would be another one; it just became a never-ending cycle. As this relative’s health is deteriorating, the furnace complaints are a thing of the past, and there has not been any mention of their house being cold (which it never was). The times that I have interacted with this company they have always been pleasant, polite, and very respectful despite the circumstances. I’m grateful for them being able to hold their composure regardless of the way they were treated; this says a lot about them as a company and their core values.

Made a lifelong customer of me in an instant. I had Albright come out for an estimate of a full ducting and HVAC install. Bob came out and was knowledgeable, super kind, patient in describing the system he thought was the most efficient for the space, took detailed notes, and provided three detailed estimates of good, better, and best options. I was initially interested in a high-pressure (more expensive) system. If Bob was just looking for a sale, he could have sold me on it, but he was a straight shooter and told me what I actually needed. Sales team was very responsive and easy to work with. Installation was quick, and they spent time at the end of each day to describe their progress and gave options as to how I wanted the ducting laid out to not interfere with any future rooms. All the guys were very accommodating to our schedule and clearly had years of quality work under their belt. Can't recommend Albrights enough!

Albright's to the rescue!
I called Albright's yesterday because I wanted a second opinion as I did not trust the place my home warranty sent out. Tracy said someone could come out today between 8-12. Steve showed up around 9 a.m. and asked what was happening for us to originally call someone out, so I explained it to him, and he said, 'Okay, hopefully it's a quick fix.' He promptly got to work assessing my AC unit and then informed us that it was overcharged, and that was why it was not blowing cool air. He proceeded to tell us it did not need a compressor like the other contractor said, and it did not need refrigerant, which the other place was trying to charge me $580 for 4 lbs. Besides, he showed us right on our unit that it does not take 4 lbs, it takes about 2.5. The biggest thing I can't thank Albright's enough for is being able to send someone out today because Steve informed us the other contractor left live wires dangling, which were a safety concern. Steve was able to diagnose and get my AC running in less than an hour, and it cost me less than it was going to cost just for refrigerant from the other place. Thanks to Steve informing me of all these things, I was able to get American Home Shield to reimburse my service fee! Steve was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I even called Albright's back to tell them how pleased we were. Definitely a great place who I will use again should any issues arise. Thank you, Albright's!
